At Rastech, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since products are supplied by independent vendors, return requests are governed by the following policy.
Customers may request a return where:
- The product delivered is defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item arrived damaged.
- The product differs materially from its description.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated by the vendor.
Returned items must:
- Be unused where applicable.
- Remain in their original packaging.
- Include accessories, manuals, receipts, and proof of purchase.
Products that cannot ordinarily be returned include:
- Perishable goods.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Digital products after download.
- Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products once opened.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
After inspection and approval, the vendor may provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Rastech reserves the right to reject return requests that do not satisfy this policy.
