1. Definitions

- Company refers to Rastech and its operators.

- Vendor means any registered seller offering products or services on the platform.

- Customer means any person purchasing products or services through the platform.

- User means any visitor, vendor, or customer using the platform.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the platform.

3. Vendor Registration

Vendors must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Rastech reserves the right to verify business information and suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

4. Products and Services

Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, authenticity, pricing, legality, safety, and availability of products listed on the platform. Rastech acts solely as a digital marketplace connecting buyers and sellers.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by the respective vendor. Vendors reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.

6. Payments

Payments shall be processed through approved payment gateways integrated into the platform. Vendors will receive settlements in accordance with the agreed settlement schedule after applicable commissions, charges, or deductions.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

- Upload false or misleading information.

- Sell prohibited or illegal goods.

- Engage in fraud or deceptive practices.

- Violate intellectual property rights.

- Attempt to interfere with platform security.

- Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Violation may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, designs, content, and materials on the platform remain the exclusive property of Rastech or their respective owners. No material may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rastech shall not be liable for disputes arising between buyers and vendors, product defects, delayed deliveries, indirect losses, or damages except where required by applicable law.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Rastech harmless against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

Rastech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall first be resolved through negotiation and mediation before litigation in a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

13. Amendments
